The second national shopping guide training session was held in Runxin company from July 11^th to 12^th in 2019. About 30 representatives from ten provinces, such as Anhui, Fujian, etc. participated in the conference.

The trainees visited the production workshop, R&D department, testing center and product showroom and deeply understood Runxin company’s scale production, the ability of R&D, testing method, marketing and other conditions.

Mr. Yang Runde, the chairman of Runxin company, gave a speech. He indicated that "Times of Big Water " was coming, so we should take advantage of the opportunity to develop rapidly and emphasized the importance of after-sales service to the long-term development of residential water treatment industry. Therefore, we should value the customers’ after-sales service experience.

The current status of Runxin company and the future development plan of Runlucky was introduced during the conference. Meanwhile, the basic product knowledge was introduced. Also, we shared the cases of installing the whole house water treatment products, common questions and resolutions of selling products in the store. The skills of testing the water quality and being a shopping guide were strengthened, and the image of the store regulations and the importance of managing customer information and other work were emphasized.

At the end of the training session, trainees had a "Graduation Test" to get a deeper understanding, strengthening the training effect.
