He said that with the completion and commissioning of Runlucky’s new plant in Lishui, Runxin’s production scale will be greatly increased, laying a solid hardware foundation for next year. Runxin’s products are still promising in the global market and there is still a long way to go, hope to strengthen cooperation with suppliers, not to pursue temporary profits, but to pursue greater market demand, while increasing production capacity and reducing production costs, so as to generate long-term competitiveness and continue to become stronger and bigger.

Mr. Yang Runde emphasized that before raising prices, suppliers should first check whether they can absorb cost pressure through self-improvement, cherish the good cooperative relationship with Runxin, and allow more legal representatives or senior executives to intervene in handing problems.

Mr. Wu Xiaorong, the general manager of Runxin Company, introduced the company's operations, covering research and development investment, Runlucky new plant construction, patent declaration, new equipment introduction, "Application of Runxin Valve" compilation, market promotion, sales growth against the trend, National Specialized, Fined, Peculiar and Innovative “Little Giant” Enterprise award, Zhejiang Hidden Champion Enterprise, "Zhejiang Export Famous Brand", Wenzhou's first batch of "The Most Beautiful Factory" and other honors. And he also mentioned that ABS and other raw material prices have risen by 40% and chips are in short supply because of domestic and foreign epidemic situation, the trade disputes between China and the United States and other factors. However, Runxin still insists on not raising prices by adjusting ourselves and hope that suppliers and friends will unite with Runxin, and tide over difficulties together.

Mr. Sheng Rui, the person in charge of the Supply Department, introduced the annual supplier cooperation in terms of quality, delivery, price, and service. He said that the number of foreign customers and group customers of Runxin Company is increasing, and the demand for high-end and customized products is increasing. We hope that suppliers and friends will strengthen cooperation and improve efficiency to cope with the order characteristics of Runxin, such as large batches and fast delivery. At the same time, he pointed out that on the ISO14001 environmental management system, it clarifies that suppliers have the obligation to cooperate with system certification standardization and improve environmental management. Mr. Cheng Wenyou, the person in charge of the QC Department, summarized the quality of the annual incoming materials and the supplier's return. He gave a detailed explanation of the adverse phenomena and effects found in the production process and the quality stability during the after-sales warranty period. He indicated that the supply quality is stable on the whole, and some suppliers with many returned batches have cancelled cooperation, hoping suppliers can continue to improve product quality and quality stability.

Supplier representatives actively spoke, saying that Runxin Company is their important high-quality partner. Runxin Company’s high supply requirements urge them to make continuous progress. They will continue to improve themselves and provide better products and services, and they think there are more solutions than difficulties, so we should put ourselves in customers' shoes, and not directly transfer cost pressure to customers.Some suppliers promised, in non-special circumstances, not to raise prices for Runxin Company and continue to supply goods.
